Julie Fers

Director of Business Operations

Julie Fers has been with Inside Out Services since it first opened its doors in 2003. She is our most tenured senior staff member with 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and process development.  Julie’s previous employment includes work with Winchester Homes, Freddie Mac and Timmons & Edwards, CPAs.  Julie also owned and operated her own businesses.  In each of these positions Julie has excelled in estimating, job costing, process development & implementation, program requirements and design, tax analysis and employee management. When it comes to any and all aspects of business operations, Julie has it covered!

Julie’s many responsibilities at Inside Out Services, LLC include accounting, taxes, job costing, contract review and renewals, payables and receivables, human resources, process development, implementation and holiday sales.  Julie also handles all government and state compliance, making sure Inside Out Services is in good standing with all authorities.

Julie is definitely the backbone of our operation, with virtually all business activities crossing her desk at some point for a stamp of approval.

Even with all of her responsibilities, Julie is always willing to take on additional tasks or take time to assist our various departments and many clients with any of their needs.

Julie lives in Maryland, has two children, both in college and resides with her significant other as well as her family of animals, 4 dogs and 1 cat.  Julie loves the beach and warm weather.  She also likes to shoot darts and swim.

Julie received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics from The University of Maryland.
